For custom software developed for clients:

• Ownership rights will be specified in individual service agreements
• KubeGet retains rights to proprietary frameworks, libraries, and tools used in development
• Client-specific customizations and data remain the property of the client as specified in the service agreement

5. Payment Terms

For paid Services:

• Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements or invoices
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice
• Late payments may result in suspension of Services

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Any errors in the Services will be corrected

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KubeGet, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any content you submit through our Services

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Non-payment of fees
• Conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or our business
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and KubeGet regarding the use of our Services and supersede any prior agreements.
